Blueberry Sorbet

Makes 4 servings

There is nothing much simpler than this delightful frozen dessert.

2 cups frozen blueberries 

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

 Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Combine blueberries, vanilla and pepper in a food processor or sturdy blender. Quickly blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
