Dehydrated Wild Leek Roots (Dehydrate)

Dried roots are our favourite part of a wild leek. Once dried you can grind them into a powder (though a small quantity can make this a challenge) or just chop them up to the desired size. The dried roots should be added to food right before serving and are a great garnish for soups or salads or served with fish. Try them on sashimi!
