Edible Toronto is a print magazine published four times a year corresponding with the seasons. It is distributed free of charge at dozens of locations across southern and parts of southwestern Ontario, and by subscription.
We print 20,000 copies per quarter, with an average per-issue readership of 70,000 people. Remarkably, Edible Toronto does not end up in the recycling bin: Our readers tell us that the magazines are keepers that they refer to over and over again.
We take great pride in our strict advertising and editorial policies: Each of our advertisers is vetted to ensure they receive our "seal of approval"; our readers pay as much attention to our ads as they do to our editorial content and they know that we will not accept just anyone as an advertising partner. As for mixing advertising and editorial content? Unlike other publications, this is something we refuse to do.
